3. Virtual Consultation: Through a video call, patients connect with their Dermatologist, receiving the same quality care as an in-person consultation. This personalised interaction allows for a thorough examination and discussion of treatment options.
4. Treatments: Post-consultation, patients can easily book surgeries or procedures, receive electronic prescriptions (e-scripts), and access blood test forms directly on their phones, streamlining the overall patient experience and facilitating continued care.
