Lesemann ist zudem zertifizierter (GFFC) Spezialist für Fuß- und Sprunggelenkchirurgie. Als D-Arzt-Praxis, behandelt das Team auch für die Berufsgenossenschaften Arbeits-, Schul- und Wegeunfälle.

Um Beschwerden und Erkrankungen des komplexen Bewegungsapparats umfassend behandeln zu können, führt das Team neben stationären und ambulanten Operationen auch Leistungen der Orthopädie, Stoßwellentherapie und Akupunktur (Privatleistung) durch.
Dr. med. Lesemann studierte an der Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin und sammelte seine ersten Praxiserfahrungen in der Abteilung für Allgemeine, Viszerale und Onkologische Chirurgie im Helios Klinikum Berlin Buch. Seit 2017 ist er Facharzt für Allgemeine Chirurgie und seit 2020 Facharzt für Orthopädie und Unfallchirurgie. Zudem ist er zertifizierter Fuß- und Sprunggelenkschirurg (GFFC), sowie Orthopäde und Unfallchirurg.
Dr. med. Alexander Schmidt absolvierte sein Studium in Heidelberg, Edinburgh und Berlin, bevor er seine berufliche Karriere in Berlin begann. Während seiner Arbeit am Auguste Victoria Klinikum in Berlin-Schöneberg sammelte er zusätzliche Erfahrung in der Handchirurgie und Unfallchirurgie. Seit 2012 unterstützt er die Praxis.
Dr. med. Wolfgang Happel ist der ursprüngliche Gründer der Praxis und ein integraler Teil der Praxis in Berlin-Lichtenrade. Seine umfassende Erfahrung macht ihn zu einem Experten in seinem Fachbereich, womit er weiterhin an bestimmten Tagen das Praxisteam unterstützt.
