Northern Surgical Oncology (NSO) is a leading surgical oncology practice based at the Sydney Adventist Hospital (The San) in Wahroonga, NSW. Our team is comprised of highly experienced surgeons specialising in breast cancer, thyroid and parathyroid disease, melanoma and skin cancer, sarcoma and soft‑tissue tumours, head and neck cancer, and general surgery.
Our mission is to be recognised as a premier surgical oncology service. For over two decades, we have delivered individualised, empathetic, and evidence‑based care to patients across Sydney’s Upper North Shore and beyond. Our collaborative, multidisciplinary team model ensures continuity of care, with surgeons working closely together and supporting each other’s patients as needed.
