Located near Clapham, Nordic Balance Abbeville Road (SW4), is an injury rehabilitation and wellbeing clinic offering the local community a wide range of natural therapies including Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Osteopathy, Podiatry & Chiropody, Sports Massage, Shockwave Therapy (ESWT) and Acupuncture.
In addition to general injury rehabilitation, the team also offers specialised women's health treatments and paediatric services including post & Pre-Natal Physiotherapy and Cranial Osteopathy. (Cranial Osteopathy addresses restlessness and discomfort in infants due to difficult births.)
The clinic offers three Scandinavian styled therapy rooms and a bright and beautiful multi-functional space used for community events and workshops.
They take a holistic approach to health and wellness, recognising that recovery is a combination of specialist treatments, restorative activities, and nutrition. At the Abbeville Road clinic, space has been created where all of these elements can come together.
Complete with Scandinavian finishes, dappled lighting, exposed brickwork and a flowing, curved wood panel entrance, the clinic provides a calming and relaxing space for clients to come and heal.
Abbeville has three bright and soothing clinic rooms appropriately named Helsinki, Oslo, and Stockholm. Each space follows the same Scandinavian style and is furnished with brand new treatment tables and the most up to date equipment, including Shockwave Therapy.
The client's comfort and privacy are of the utmost importance and so each room has been designed to create a feeling of ease and tranquillity.
Community is at the heart of Nordic Balance. As part of their love and care for our local community, they also host events and workshops. Hosted in the multi-functional space (known as the Reykjavik room), we hold Mom & Baby coffee mornings, Mindfulness talks, Meditation, Running Workshops, Pilates Foundation events and more.
