Neue Essthetik ist eine Praxis für funktionelle Medizin und Diättherapie unter der Leitung von Peggy Dathe, staatlich anerkannte Diätassistentin und Therapeutin für funktionelle Medizin. Die Praxis kombiniert ernährungsmedizinische Ansätze mit einem ganzheitlichen Verständnis körperlicher Beschwerden und bietet Beratungen sowohl vor Ort als auch online an.
Der Schwerpunkt der Praxis liegt unter anderem auf Magen- und Darmbeschwerden, Schilddrüsenerkrankungen, hormonellen Veränderungen, Erschöpfungszuständen, antientzündlicher Ernährung, onkologischer Begleitung, Nahrungsmittelunverträglichkeiten, postviralen Erkrankungen, Schmerzen sowie Störungen des Zuckerstoffwechsels und Diabetes. Ernährungsbezogene Therapieansätze werden individuell angepasst und können Bestandteil langfristiger Begleitungskonzepte sein.
Zum Leistungsangebot gehören Einzelberatungen, ernährungsmedizinische Programme sowie Workshops, Vorträge und Kurse zu gesundheitlichen Themen. Ein Teil der Angebote richtet sich zudem an medizinisches Fachpersonal und Kooperationspartner mit Fokus auf Prävention, Diagnostik und therapeutische Integration.
Die Arbeit der Praxis orientiert sich an einem integrativen Ansatz, der funktionelle Medizin mit bestehenden medizinischen Konzepten verbindet und verschiedene Einflussfaktoren wie Ernährung, Stress oder Umweltfaktoren berücksichtigt.
