The Cyp Psychological Well-Being Practitioner (CYP PWP) service in Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust provides support to children and young people aged 5-18 who are experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties. The service offers a range of interventions, including:
