For specialist doctors, patients, dedicated staff and suppliers, Dr Lighten wanted to establish the best environment for all these people, doing things better, every day. For doctors, the best working environment, operating theatre, laboratories and equipment, together with the rewards for working successfully in such a beneficial location and atmosphere.
Bond Day Hospital, its location, its surroundings, its entire build, is in harmony with nature, an approach that today is called biophilic, and good for all who come to experience it. Space, light, nature and freshness are harmonised with the best technologies, including ergonomic fixtures and fittings from reception to the recovery area, and the use of appropriate Artificial Intelligence in the IVF Clinic and laboratories. Attention to detail means constantly searching to exceed standards in incremental stages, driving increases in safe effectiveness across all aspects of the hospital’s services, from admission to a return to the world outside.
