Led by Maja, Nicky and Avital, The BlueBird Centre is grounded in the belief in the journey to recovery and the significance of continuous support.
Maja and Nicky initiate the recovery process with a comprehensive initial assessment, collaboratively creating individualised recovery goals and developing personalised plans tailored to unique needs. Unlike conventional approaches, The BlueBird Centre steers away from one-size-fits-all meal plans, opting for a meal plan framework with valuable guidance.
The dedicated specialists at The BlueBird Centre excel in navigating the intricacies of eating disorders, understanding the unique challenges faced by individuals on their recovery journey. The BlueBird Centre utilises a personalised process to guide clients toward holistic wellbeing, made up of 5 steps: Personalised Assessment, Tailored Strategies, Ongoing Support, Balance and Moderation, and Achieving Lasting Change.
The BlueBird Centre provides continuous support through individualised consultations and their user-friendly app. As clients progress through the steps, positive changes occur in their relationship with food, body, and overall wellbeing. The goal is to empower individuals to achieve lasting change, ensuring that recovery is not just a destination but a transformative journey supported by The BlueBird Centre's committed team.
