Led by Gareth Ziyambi, the expert team of physiotherapists, osteopaths, nutritionists, podiatrists and strength & conditioning advisors are well-versed in treating a wide range of musculoskeletal issues, whether it be persistent back pain, a new injury or an injury that has returned, the team are on hand to help.
The team have been working in elite sports physiotherapy for over twenty years, and whatever your health or fitness goals are, they bring all those years of experience to ensuring personalised plans for rehab goals. Gareth himself has worked with elite athletes and attended 4 sets of olympic games with these athletes as well as having been a lead physio at the English Institute of Sport. The expertise provided at A2Z Elite Health is second to none.
The team also offer a surgical rehabilitation programme, using multidisciplinary team approach, combined with a tailored recovery programme, will ensure your successful recovery from surgery.
In addition to injury rehabilitation, the team offer an ‘improve your performance’ programme aimed to help those looking to improve sports performance.
