Nach sorgfältiger Diagnostik kann eine zielgenaue Therapie erfolgen. 

Mit meiner Erfahrung aus über 30 Jahren Berufstätigkeit kann und möchte ich meine Patienten sorgfältig, aufmerksam und fürsorglich betreuen. Unsere Patienten sollen erfahren, wie es um ihre Gesundheit steht und wie sie ihre Gesundheit erhalten bzw. verbessern können.

Wir bieten eine breite Palette internistischer Leistungen an: Auf der Basis einer umfassenden Diagnostik behandeln wir nach anerkannten wissenschaftlichen Regeln. Das ist wichtig bei vor allem Bluthochdruck, Herz-und Gefäßerkrankungen, Magendarm - Erkrankungen. Wichtig ist mir eine zielgenaue Therapie nach einer präzisen Diagnostik. Motto: so viele Medikamente wie nötig, aber nicht mehr!

Wichtig für Wohlbefinden und Gesundheit sind aber auch ergänzende Maßnahmen vor allem Bewegung und eine optimale Ernährung inklusive wichtiger Vitalstoffe.

Da ich mich immer gerne bewegt habe, motiviere ich regelmäßig meine Patienten, ihre Gesundheit und Lebensfreude durch Bewegung zu steigern. Als ehemals aktiver Schwimmer, Läufer (bis zum Marathon) und aktiver Radfahrer kann ich Sie zu diesen Themen gut beraten.

Mein Sohn Tobias Grunert (Masterstudium Sportwissenschaft) kann auf Wunsch schriftlich Pläne für Kraft- und Ausdauertraining erstellen. Er kann auch vor Ort bzw. per Video individuell oder für Gruppen Trainingseinheiten anbieten. Schwerpunkt seiner jetzigen Tätigkeit ist das betriebliche Gesundheitsmanagement (BGM), d. h. die gesundheitliche Betreuung der Menschen in ihrem Arbeitsumfeld.

Das wichtigste für unser aller Gesundheit ist aber eine optimale Ernährung: Essen und Trinken hält Leib und Seele zusammen! Die Ernährungsberatung kann meine Ehefrau Astrid Grunert und ihre Mitarbeiterinnen im Reformhaus leisten. Themen sind die Vermittlung einer gesunden und vollwertigen Ernährung, aber vor allem auch die Beratung bei Problemen wie Zöliakie, Laktose-und Fruktoseintoleranz, Histaminintoleranz, Nahrungsmittelunverträglichkeiten und Adipositas.

In unserer Praxis pflegen wir eine ruhige Atmosphäre und partnerschaftliche Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Patienten. Wir pflegen einen freundlichen Umgang und nehmen uns Zeit für Ihre Gesundheit und Probleme. So macht die Arbeit mir und meinen Mitarbeiterinnen Freude.
