Tom has extensive experience working with clients across various sports and backgrounds, including Premier League footballers, marathon runners, Ironmen and Women, skiers, tennis players, show jumpers, and gymnasts. His adaptable approach ensures that each client, whether training for an event or returning from injury, achieves their full potential while building a strong foundation for lifelong health.
Since joining Pure Sports Med, Tom has taken a special interest in clients facing physical challenges, working closely with individuals managing chronic pain, undergoing cancer rehabilitation, and supporting pre- and post-natal fitness. His compassionate approach and expertise help clients with complex conditions gain strength, resilience, and an improved quality of life. Skilled at working with both adolescents and older clients, Tom is passionate about making fitness accessible and effective, focusing on holistic well-being and sustainable progress.
