About
His approach goes beyond traditional psychotherapeutic methods. Thomas emphasises creating a heartfelt, human-centred dialogue, focusing on meaningful, personal conversations that move beyond theoretical concepts. This process involves exploring what individuals truly desire from life and collaboratively creating a life they love.
Thomas celebrates the achievements and strengths of his clients while acknowledging the challenges they face—whether related to health, work, relationships, or parenting. He draws attention to the innate capacity within each person to thrive by understanding the power of Thought and its impact on overall well-being.
His extensive background includes diverse settings such as schools, renowned rehabilitation centres like the Priory, the NHS, and the corporate sector. This broad experience allows him to offer a unique blend of expertise, guiding individuals to a place where they feel safer, more secure, and settled.
Thomas holds a Master’s in Addiction Psychology and Counselling, a Postgraduate Certificate in Education, and several advanced qualifications in relationships and trauma. He is a Registered Member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and an Accredited Practitioner of the Addiction Professionals.
