About
Dr. Chakraborty’s special interests include the diagnosis and management of diabetes, non-interventional cardiology, geriatric medicine, and cerebrovascular conditions such as transient ischemic attacks (TIAs) and stroke. His broad expertise enables him to manage a wide spectrum of complex medical conditions, particularly in elderly patients and those with multiple co-morbidities.
He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh and an international examiner for the Membership of the Royal Colleges of Physicians (MRCP). Dr. Chakraborty is involved in academic medicine. He served as an honorary senior lecturer at James Cook University in Townsville teaching medical students. While practicing in the United Kingdom, he also participated in several multinational clinical trials and contributed to academic publishing through multiple case reports.
