Susan Mitchell is a clinical nutritionist and the founder of Nutri Elite, a practice dedicated to helping individuals restore their energy, vitality, and confidence through personalised, sustainable health strategies. With a strong background in functional and performance nutrition, Susan combines scientific expertise with practical lifestyle guidance to support long-term wellbeing.
Susan was the first female fitness advisor to the Connacht Rugby Team, where she coached and motivated a squad of 40 elite athletes. This experience shaped her performance-focused approach to nutrition, blending athletic conditioning with evidence-based dietary strategies to optimise health and physical performance.
Through Nutri Elite, Susan offers a comprehensive range of services including advanced nutrition and diagnostic testing, personalised meal and training plans, prescriptive supplement protocols, lifestyle coaching, and recovery therapies such as Pressotherapy. Her work focuses on identifying the root causes of fatigue, weight struggles, and performance barriers, allowing clients to achieve lasting results.
Susan’s expertise is supported by extensive training in Strength and Conditioning Coaching, Clinical Nutrition rooted in functional medicine, Sports Nutrition, CBT for Weight Management, Supplement Formulation, and Nutrigenomics. As a certified Nutrigenomics Practitioner, she also integrates DNA-based insights to create highly personalised nutrition strategies tailored to each client’s unique biology.
