Han absolvierte sein Studium der Humanmedizin an der RWTH Aachen. Im Anschluss an sein Studium promovierte er ebenfalls an der RWTH Aachen zum Doktor der Medizin. Seine berufliche Laufbahn führte Dr. med. Han an verschiedene Stationen im In- und Ausland, darunter die Schweiz, Westafrika, Australien und Südkorea. Dr. med. Han ist Mitglied der Ärztekammer Nordrhein.
