Dülsner ist Mitglied in mehreren Fachgesellschaften, darunter die Deutsche Gesellschaft für Innere Medizin, die Deutsche Diabetes Gesellschaft und die Deutsche Ärztegesellschaft für Akupunktur. Er bildet sich regelmäßig fort, um seinen Patienten die bestmögliche medizinische Versorgung zu bieten.
