Ein Schwerpunkt ihrer Arbeit liegt auf der Interkulturellen Psychotherapie. Dr. phil. Silvia Corso ist Delegierte und Mitglied im KJP Ausschuss der PTK Bayern sowie Delegierte des Deutschen Psychotherapeutentages. Außerdem ist sie Beauftragte der DPtV Bayern für KJP. Sie war lange Zeit ambulant und stationär im Kinderzentrum Berlin, in der Klinik für Kinder- und Jugendpsychiatrie und Psychotherapie Landshut tätig. Dr. phil. Silvia Corso ist Dozentin und Supervisorin für VT Kinder- und Jugendlichenpsychotherapie sowie Vorstandsmitglied eines Ausbildungsinstitutes.
