In addition to her work with Bridge Clinic London, Dr. Sawant serves as a Consultant Gynaecologist at Barts Health NHS Trust. She played a pivotal role in establishing a HyCoSy (Hysterosalpingo-Contrast Sonography) service at the hospital. Dr. Sawant has also been involved in implementing clinical governance processes and has written guidelines, policies, and pathways to enhance patient care.
Dr. Sawant's expertise extends to a wide range of reproductive medicine and endocrinology aspects, including the management of conditions such as polycystic ovaries, egg freezing, assisting same-sex couples, addressing recurrent implantation failure after IVF treatment, managing recurrent miscarriages, and providing care for individuals with premature ovarian insufficiency.
