Dr Shalini Arya is an obstetrician and gynaecologist at Medcare Medical Center (Discovery Garden). She went on to complete a fellowship in minimal access surgery with the World Association of Laparoscopic Surgeons. Dr Arya has previously worked at Sanjeevani Hospital and Rehabilitation Centre and Shivan IVF Fertility Centre in India. She has also worked at Al Qassimi Hospital and New Medical Centre in the UAE.
In addition to the Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology UK, Dr Arya is a member of the Federation of Obstetrics and Gynaecology Society India, the Association of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists of Delhi, and the Indian Medical Association She was also a committee member of the scientific session of the All India Conference of Gynaecology in 2008.
In her spare time, Dr Arya enjoys reading and music.
