Dr Saudamini Bhide
Paediatrics
About
Dr. Bhide’s clinical expertise centres on the diagnosis and therapeutic management of autism spectrum disorder (ASD), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and related developmental conditions. She is trained in the use of the ADOS assessment tool and regularly conducts joint diagnostic clinics, medication reviews, and multidisciplinary feedback sessions. Her work also involves routine collaboration with schools and social care teams to support Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
She has extensive experience providing health assessments for vulnerable populations, including looked-after children and unaccompanied minors, and has worked in forensic paediatric liaison roles. Dr. Bhide actively contributes to service development and has led quality improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with NICE guidelines in ADHD and ASD care pathways.
With prior consultant roles at Kent Community Health NHS Trust, her practice has consistently integrated medical, educational, and psychosocial support for children with complex needs.
“Evidence-based care tailored to each patient — taking the time to explain options and shared decisions.”
