She utilises a variety of therapeutic approaches to suit each client, including Psychodynamic Oriented Psychotherapy, Behaviour Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques. Her approach focuses on fostering emotional resilience and helping individuals manage life’s challenges effectively.
