About

Dr Rajia Bibi obtained her medical degree from St George's Hospital Medical School, University of London in 1997, post qualification she trained in Gynaecology, Emergency Medicine, Paediatrics and Care of the Elderly to give her an extensive range of experience across all ages. Since becoming a GP in 2001, Dr Bibi has worked in NHS GP practices across London working in both deprived and affluent areas.

She has a keen interest in MCAS, long covid, covid vaccine Injuries, preventative medicine, health optimisation, longevity, wellness, mindfulness and nutrition. This fits in well with her role as a Health Coach which falls outside of CQC purview as it doesn't entail diagnosis or treatment but more signposting individuals so they can navigate the healthcare system optimally.

Why Health Coaching - in the UK MCAS, Long Covid/Long Vax doesn't get the recognition it deserves. Health Coaching bridges this gap and signposts individuals to the best practitioners - these may be naturopaths, alternative health, integrative and complementary practitioners offering a more holistic approach.

Outside of Medicine, Dr Bibi is an entrepreneur, she enjoys watching football and hanging out with her daughter and dog Ana. She is passionate about working with a diverse population, she believes in a holistic approach to managing her patients. Patient empowerment is the key to regaining control of health autonomy.

One of the reasons she moved into Health Coaching, Advocacy Services and Naturopathy was her personal belief that no treatment should be Mandatory, patient autonomy must be encouraged at all times.

“Evidence-based care tailored to each patient — taking the time to explain options and shared decisions.”

— Dr Rajia Bibi
