Rachael holds a BSc Hons Degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy from IICP and is a pre-accredited member of the Irish association for counselling and psychotherapy. She has completed Fertility Counselling training with the British Infertility Counselling Association, Adolescent Psychotherapy training with Susie Lodola and is currently undertaking a master’s in psychology whilst completing her training in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy. She also is a certified Personal and Business Coach.
Rachael works from an integrative approach, drawing on a range of therapeutic models, including psychodynamic, person-centred, attachment-based, and behavioural. Rachael is continuing her professional development in fertility support, personality disorders and suicide prevention, offering thoughtful, informed care in areas that often need extra understanding and sensitivity.
