About
A passionate padel enthusiast himself, Paul combines his personal experience with professional sports expertise to help players perform at their best. He is dedicated to growing the sport of padel in the UK, and has worked with international racket athletes under British Universities and College Sports (BUCS), as well as with professional football clubs like West Ham United and Leyton Orient.
In addition to his sports-related work, Paul oversees occupational health physiotherapy services at one of London’s largest hospitals, managing the wellbeing of over 24,000 staff. He is passionate about shifting healthcare from a reactive model to a preventative one, helping companies protect their most valuable asset: their people.
“Evidence-based care tailored to each patient — taking the time to explain options and shared decisions.”
