Er führt seit vielen Jahren die minimalinvasive Implantation von Hüftendoprothesen mit der AMIS-Methode durch. Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt seiner Arbeit ist der Austausch von Hüft- und Knieendoprothesen. Er implantiert seit Jahren Knieendoprothesen unter Berücksichtigung der natürlichen Anatomie und Korrektur starker Fehlstellungen mit der Methode des kinematischen Alignments.
