Dr Ozge is a specialist in adult and paediatric dermatology. She has an interest in the early diagnosis and treatment of skin cancers, management of acne, psoriasis, eczema, blistering diseases, allergic skin diseases, dermatoses in skin of colour and general medical dermatology.
She studied medicine at Hacettepe University in Turkey and graduated in 2001. She received her Dermatology degree from the same University in 2007.
Following year, she joined a research project about Allergology at Ludwig-Maximillian University Faculty of Medicine in Munich, Germany.
After working as a consultant dermatologist for 8 years, Dr Ozge received Assistant Professor degree at Ufuk University in Turkey and lectured both medicine school students and dermatology registrars until 2016.
She worked as an Observer & Honorary Consultant at Witwatersrand University in South Africa until 2020. She has been doing her PhD study at the same University about “Epidermal Differentiation Complex gene mutations with atopic dermatitis”.
Dr Ozge has been a Fellow of the Australian College of Dermatologists (FACD) since April 2023.
