He further specialised with post-fellowship training in Colorectal Surgery through the Colorectal Surgical Society of Australia and New Zealand (CSSANZ) in 2020, followed by advanced training in Cytoreductive Surgery through the European School of Peritoneal Surface Oncology (ESPSO) in 2021. These advanced clinical posts took him to The Tweed Hospital, Royal Prince Alfred, St George Hospitals in Sydney, and Basingstoke Hospital in the UK.
Dr. Ahmadi’s special interests include peritoneal surface oncology, colorectal cancer, robotic and minimally invasive surgery, hernia and complex abdominal wall surgery, proctology, and endoscopy/colonoscopy.
Dr. Ahmadi is a member of the Colorectal Surgical Society of Australia and New Zealand (CSSANZ) and the European School of Peritoneal Surface Oncology (ESPSO).
