She has also held teaching positions at Brunel University in London and worked at prestigious clinics like Pure Sports Medicine in Kensington and Royal Hospital Donnybrook in Dublin.
Her academic training includes a Master of Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy from the University of Queensland and a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy from Trinity College Dublin. Niamh is also trained in dry needling, Reformer Pilates, and clinical Pilates.
