Ms Netta Sarry
Physiotherapy
About
She is now a Physiotherapist at Post Op Home Physio, and provides rehabilitation in the comfort of her patient's homes. She has extensive experience in working with patients with both neurological and musculoskeletal conditions. Ms Sarry takes an integrated approach to care and has helped many patients who have suffered falls, fractures, nerve injuries or undergone surgery. She has worked with patients of all skill levels, from young adolescents to the elderly, athletes and people with less active lifestyles, always with the goal of helping them return to their prior levels or flourish beyond that.
With skilled and sophisticated hands-on techniques, Ms Sarry is able to diagnose and treat soft tissue and joint structures. She uses a variety of techniques including soft tissue mobilisations, myofascial release techniques, scar mobilisation and muscle energy techniques (MET) to help restore and enhance joint mobility.
As an advocate for an active lifestyle, she leads by example, encouraging her patients to embrace the benefits of movement. She firmly believes that "movement is medicine" and strives to motivate and empower her patients to increase their activity levels. When not at work, Ms Sarry enjoys playing tennis and exploring new hikes.
“Evidence-based care tailored to each patient — taking the time to explain options and shared decisions.”
