About
Dr Sharples earned her first class primary medical qualification at the University of Tasmania in 2001, after which she undertook her specialist paediatric training at the Royal Children's Hospital, Melbourne and later gained her Paediatric Fellowship with the Royal Australasian College of Physicians in 2010. Upon completion of her training and Fellowship, she was appointed General Paediatrician and Emergency Physician at the Royal Children's Hospital, where she has since become actively involved in the training and education of junior doctors as well as an examiner for the Royal Australasian College of Physicians.
Dr Sharples also has 3 young children and is keen on using KidsDocOnCall to improve the lives of families with sick children.
