Simona Novakovic is a highly qualified nutritional therapist and the founder of Nova Nutri Diet, she is a nutrition expert and can make a highly personalised diet and wellness plan for you to help you achieve your health potentials.
Since graduating with Bsc (Hons) in Nutritional therapy Simona has worked in her private practice in Central London. In 2014 she came to Breathe London, a well established clinic on the South Bank (Waterloo) where she leads a Nutritional Therapy service.
Prior to this she spent many years working as a physician at the Institute of Rheumatology in her home town, Belgrade. During her practice she observed that diet may play an important supportive role in the recovery of those with musculoskeletal and autoimmune conditions. This has influenced her desire to learn more about nutrition and complementary therapies.
She spent three enjoyable years full time studying at the Centre for Nutrition, Education and Lifestyle Management (CNELM) and achieved a degree in Nutritional Therapy. She also holds an MSc in Medical Sciences that enables her to combine the latest nutrition science with her clinical knowledge and to work with clients with complex health issues.
All her recommendations to the clients are supported by the latest scientific evidence in nutrition. She works closely with GPs, consultants and other health professionals and always informs them (subject to permission) of any support you receive through her. She insists that support offered is not an alternative to conventional medical treatment.
