Prof Joanne Hockey, Consultant Gynaecologist, currently works within the Royal Free Hospital in London. She also sees patients privately in clinics across London including at The Wellington Hospital Platinum Medical Centre, The Royal Free Private Unit, and Golders Green Outpatients and Diagnostics Centre in London. She has a wealth of experience in women's health and urogynaecology, treating conditions like bladder pain, fibroids and heavy menstrual bleeding, prolapse, urinary incontinence, pelvic floor problems, menopause and post-reproductive health.

Prof Hockey has established a urodynamics unit and highly skilled team focusing on women's health within the Royal Free Hospital. She also manages a gynaecology clinic focusing on the pathology of the female reproductive system and post-natal care.

Prof Hockey is also an excellent teacher, leading the undergraduate teaching in women's health at University College London and is an Honorary Clinical Associate Professor of UCL.
