Mr Wai Yoon is a Consultant Orthopaedic Spinal Surgeon with special interest in paediatric and adult deformity. Mr Yoon has an interest in research, and more impressively he is the chief investigator for both the NIHR MAGEC Rods Metallosis Trial (Early Onset Scoliosis) and Principle Investigator on the NIHR (Better Outcomes for Older People with Spinal Trouble) trial.
Furthermore, he has published his research in several articles and has won many awards over the years, including the Adelaide University Teaching Award and the Spinal Research Stanmore Award.
