Mr Frati graduted medicine with honours from the University of Rome before undertaking his specialist training in plastic and cosmetic surgery. He also completed a clinical fellowship under the supervision of Professor Gasparotti, a pioneer of the modern liposuction techniques.

He currently works both in London and Manchester. His pioneering and advanced techniques have been featured in Body Shockers as recently as February 2016 when he performed rhinoplasty on identical twins. He has also been featured in ITV's This Morning, the Daily Mail, Independent, FHM, GMTV, 10 Years Younger; just a few of many publications and broadcast television programs.

Mr Frati is interested in research, having published over 100 scientific papers in his field. He also regularly attends the most important international conferences to keep himself up-to-date with latest industry techniques, including most recently United Kingdom Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons Aesthetic Medicine Live February 2016 Olympia London, of which Mr Frati is a member and was a guest speaker.
