Doç. Dr. Mark Gittos
About
Following his graduation from Auckland Medical School in 1984, where he was awarded the Carrick Robertson Prize in Surgery, he began his speciality training in Plastic Surgery. His training was completed in Australia, New Zealand, France and the UK and during this period was awarded the Davis and Geck Prize for Surgical Research.
He is a pioneer in advancements of post mastectomy reconstruction using skin and nipple scarring surgical techniques. He is the lead reconstructive plastic surgeon at The London Breast Clinic, performing over 300 breast enlargement, uplift and reduction operations per year. Mr Gittos uses the latest techniques within the field which he combines with a strong foundation provided by decades of international surgical experience.
