This training provided Mr Patel with the finest experience on a wide range of Orthopaedic surgery, including hip and knee surgery and also complex revision arthroplasty.
He consults on young adult hip problems, metal hip replacements, management of sports injuries, minimally invasive surgery and arthroplasty. Apart from performing surgery, he teaches in regional and national training courses, where he can provide his skills and expertise. He also visits conferences and liaises with surgeons from all around the world.
He has successfully published articles on Trauma and Orthopaedics and presents his research both nationally and internationally. His hobbies include swimming, fell walking, cricket, badminton and travelling.
