Mr Ashok Rokade is a Consultant Rhinologist and Facial Plastic Surgeon at Hampshire Hospitals Foundation Trust and Southampton University Hospitals. Aside from general ENT, he specializes in advanced sinus surgery, revision surgery, computer-assisted sinus surgery, and pituitary and endoscopic skull base surgery. Mr Rokade is deeply committed to helping individuals suffering from chronic facial pain and headaches and also provides a specialized service for treating watery eyes in adults and children.
After completing his higher surgical training in the West Midlands, Mr Rokade went on to complete two advanced surgical fellowships, the first in rhinology and facial plastic surgery at the Queen's Medical Centre in Nottingham, and the second in advanced endoscopic sinus surgery and skull base surgery at the Winchester and Wessex Neurology Centre in Southampton. He also spent time training at a world-renowned facial plastic surgery center in Amsterdam.
Mr Rokade has a significant interest in health informatics and has devised novel methods of providing patients with high-quality health information. He is well-respected in the field and regularly publishes in peer-reviewed journals and book chapters. In addition, Mr Rokade runs an international masterclass dissection course in endoscopic sinus surgery every year and also teaches on a number of national and international courses. He created the LIONESS worldwide live surgical training course, which allows international professionals to train surgeons all around the world.
