Mr. Reddy oversaw regulations and quality standards in postgraduate ophthalmic education across the North of Scotland, serving as Training Programme Director for Surgical Ophthalmology for Scotland North from 2011 to 2015 and as Regional Advisor to the Royal College of Ophthalmologists from 2015 to 2018. He currently represents Scotland East on the Council of the Royal College of Ophthalmologists.
Alongside his clinical and educational contributions, Mr. Reddy maintains an active interest in clinical research, having served as Principal Investigator in multiple trials that provide patients with access to innovative ophthalmic treatments.
