Michael Daly is a dedicated counsellor and psychotherapist based in Miltown Malbay, County Clare, offering one-to-one support to adults, students, and teenagers both online and in person. He holds a BA (Hons) in Holistic Counselling & Psychotherapy from Munster Technological University (MTU), where he developed a strong foundation in CBT, Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, and trauma-informed therapy. Originally from Kanturk, North Cork, Michael has lived in London and Japan, and now enjoys life on the west coast of Ireland. In his downtime, he enjoys reading, playing the banjo, watching films, listening to podcasts, and walking in nature.
