About Meera Mehat
Meera Mehat is an experienced Clinical Hypnotherapist, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Master Coach, and Psychotherapist based at 96 Harley Street. With over 30 years of experience, Meera has dedicated her career to transforming unwanted behaviours and fostering emotional wellbeing in her clients. Specialising in various areas, Meera has successfully guided individuals in managing anxiety and stress, achieving weight loss goals, overcoming phobias, and rebuilding self-confidence and self-esteem.
