He subsequently completed a further fellowship in advanced robotic and laparoscopic urology at the Institute of Urology where he worked with world-leading surgeons in the field and carried out hundreds of minimally invasive surgeries.
Dr Winter is a family man who uses his personal experiences to bring compassionate care to his patients. He has a caring approach and has founded a company that creates educational videos to inform patients about their operations. He has also published a textbook to aid urology fellow and trainees in the field.
