Dr Majed Al-Rumayyan is a dedicated Consultant specialising in Uro-Oncology and Robotic Surgery. Dr Al-Rumayyan earned his medical degree from King Saud University's College of Medicine, completing his studies between 2008 and 2014. He then undertook a medical internship at the same university from 2014 to 2015. To further his specialisation, he completed a Clinical Fellowship in Urologic Oncology at the University of Toronto between 2022 and 2024.
With a focus on cancers of the urinary system, Dr Al-Rumayyan has a particular interest in treating conditions such as testicular cancer. He is proficient in performing complex, minimally invasive procedures, including robotic-assisted retroperitoneal lymph node dissection. This advanced surgical approach offers patients significant benefits, such as smaller incisions, less postoperative pain, and a quicker recovery. In addition to his clinical work, he contributes to medical education as an Adjunct Assistant Professor.
