Lulu Sinclair

Lulu Sinclair is a seasoned Integrative Counsellor and Therapist with a wealth of experience in her field. Her practice covers a wide range of issues, including anger, anxiety, bereavement, depression, abuse, addictions, relationship problems, loss, and trauma. Lulu's professional journey has taken her abroad, providing her with a strong awareness of cultural differences that she incorporates into her work. At the core of Lulu's approach is a client-centred perspective. She emphasises the importance of active listening and creating a supportive environment to facilitate meaningful changes in her clients' lives. Lulu's therapeutic approach is non-dogmatic and draws from a diverse range of theories to tailor her practice to each client's unique needs. She offers both short-term and open-ended counselling options, with short-term contracts typically beginning with six sessions and ongoing assessments of the therapeutic process. Additionally, Lulu has a particular interest in the Boarding School Syndrome theory and has contributed a chapter to an upcoming book on this topic based on her own experiences.
