Dr Konrad Wronka is a Consultant Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgeon based in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, currently practicing at St Edmunds Hospital. His commitment to continuous professional development led him to undertake international fellowships in Ghent and Bruges, Belgium and at the Endo-Klinik in Hamburg, Germany, followed by advanced hip surgery fellowships in St Georges Hospital and South West London Elective Orthopaedic Centre in London and in Exeter. He also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Medical Education from Cardiff University.
He was appointed a consultant in HIp and Hip Revision Surgery in West Suffolk Hospital in August 2019 and he has been leading Hip Fracture Team in West Suffolk since 2020.
A member of both the British Orthopaedic Association and the British Hip Society, Dr Wronka provides consultations for NHS, private, and self-funding patients. Outside of medicine, he enjoys football, running, and gardening, and lives near Bury St Edmunds with his wife and two children.
