Her practice draws on both her professional expertise and lived experience with developmental trauma, ADHD, addiction, disability, chronic pain, complex health conditions, anxiety, and depression. Kerrie combines talk therapy with body-focused somatic work. Her counselling approach is primarily person-centred and psychodynamic, emphasising safety, trust, and deep listening. Through Somatic Experiencing®, she works with the body’s ‘felt sense’ to release stored trauma and restore regulation.
Having personally experienced the healing power of Somatic Experiencing, Kerrie is passionate about guiding others on their path to emotional well-being. Outside of her practice, she enjoys ocean swimming, bushwalking, dancing, travel, and time with her family.
