About Mr Josh Harvey
Mr Josh Harvey is a Physiotherapist with a career spanning both clinical practice and elite sports. He holds a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy, where his extended research focused on the management of low back pain and Achilles tendon injuries. Josh’s experience includes working in Spain with the British Superbikes and collaborating with the physiotherapist of Formula 1 driver Max Verstappen. He also founded and grew a physiotherapy educational platform with over 50,000 followers, sharing knowledge and practical advice with a wide audience. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Josh worked on hospital wards, strengthening his clinical expertise and resilience in challenging circumstances. He now practises at Reflex-18, where he helps people every day to recover from injury, restore function and achieve their goals. With a particular interest in ankle and shoulder conditions, Josh enjoys the complexity and variety these areas bring, tailoring treatments to meet the individual needs of his patients.
