Jan Paulden

Jan Erik Paulden is an addictions therapist and psychotherapist at Nightingale Hospital, offering both individual and group therapy for patients struggling with a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties. His areas of focus include substance misuse, behavioural addictions such as sex and love addiction, and associated challenges like anxiety, depression, stress, PTSD, and interpersonal difficulties. Jan Erik qualified as an addiction therapist in 2011 and later completed a postgraduate diploma in counselling psychology in 2023. He offers therapy in English, Swedish, and Spanish.
