He holds a substantive NHS consultant post at Barts Health NHS Trust, based at The Royal London Hospital, where he leads a tertiary service for complex knee problems, persistent knee pain, and failed knee surgery, and provides expert second opinions. He is the Complex Major Revision Knee Network Lead for North East London and an executive committee member of the British Association for Surgery of the Knee (BASK).

Mr Jaison completed his undergraduate medical training at Barts and The London School of Medicine, higher surgical training on the prestigious Cambridge programme, and advanced fellowship training at the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre, Oxford. He has also visited international centres of excellence to ensure his patients benefit from the latest evidence-based knee treatments.
