Osteopathy
About
Combining her extensive expertise in osteopathy with state-of-the-art TMS and PMS techniques, India provides tailored rehabilitative exercises that address the root causes of her patients’ concerns. She is particularly passionate about offering holistic, non-invasive, and drug-free solutions that empower patients to regain control of their bodies and resume the activities they love. Her practice includes specialised osteopathic techniques such as fascial work and scar tissue mobilisation, and she is dedicated to creating individualised treatment plans. Additionally, India is keenly interested in women’s hormonal health, offering hypopressive coaching to help address prolapse, incontinence, and pelvic pain. A former cardiac rehabilitation specialist on Harley Street with a background in dance and sports massage, she is a registered member of the Institute of Osteopathy and the General Osteopathic Council.
“Evidence-based care tailored to each patient — taking the time to explain options and shared decisions.”
