About
Prior to her current roles, Heather worked part-time at Charter Harley Street, a private clinic specialising in trauma, emotional issues, and addiction, as well as at Help Me Stop, a private day programme for drug and alcohol recovery. Heather specialises in addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, relationship and interpersonal difficulties, trauma, loss, addiction, and low self-esteem.
Her approach is relational and collaborative, with sessions tailored to each client through the integration of various therapeutic modalities, including Transactional Analysis, psychodynamic psychotherapy, and CBT. Committed to personal and professional integrity, Heather is a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and strictly adheres to their code of ethics.
